INDEHELA (Informatics Development for Health in Africa), http://www.uku.fi/indehela is a long term North-South-South partnership in research, development and education to improve healthcare services in Africa through the development of appropriate organizational information systems. Goals of the service design workshop at the Cape Peninsula University of in February 2010 were to teach service design methods, participate the users in the service development and develop new solution for home-based care of type two diabetes.
