Select the tab Plant data/stor.1 and enter
1. Put check box on Batch Management
2. Min. rem. shelf life
3. Total shelf life
While MIGO,
Required fields to be filled.
1. Enter storage location
2. Valuation type
3. Enter date of manufacture in Batch tab.
4. Here the batch number automatically gets generated and
5. The shelf life gets calculated from material master.
You can find this in the below screen shots

Once GR is done and Batch number gets generated, its time to
print the label for goods issue.
Scenario:
TCODE: ZMI_MATBATCH
This T-Code is helpful,
1. To get the list of materials (specially for raw materials)
for which batch is maintained,
2. To get the materials Total Shelf Life, Date of Manufacturing,
SLED, Remaining
Shelf Life, Stock, Batch Number, GRN Number.3. You can also get
the status of the materials, whether batches LIVE or EXPIRED.

Fill in the required fields to get the report,
1. Plant (A350)
2. Material No. (Multiple entries, not mandatory)
3. Batch No. (Multiple entries, not mandatory)
4. Put check on Show only Live Batch (To view only live
batches)
Once you click on execute , List displays as below.
IN STATUS COLUMN YOU CAN SEE THE LIVE AND EXPIRED BATCHES.
The red radio button indicates that the shelf life has been
expired and the green radio
button indicates remaining shelf life with the count.

In order to check the Remaining shelf life a standard report is
available.
Fill in the required fields,
1. Material Number
2. Plant: A350
3. Batch Number
4. Remaining shelf life
5. Put check on Rem. Shelf life whse
6. Put check on in days
Once you click on execute , the list displays as below.

The red radio button indicates that the shelf life has been
expired and the green radio button
indicates remaining shelf life.
NOTE: In order to get the clear picture we have developed a Z
report which shows the live and
expired batches along with some useful information as explained
above.

1. Plant : A350
2. GRN No. (If want to take print for particular GR)
3. Material Number: 11010294. Batch Number: 3100000131.
5. Print from position
6. No of copies
7. check Print and show output
Once you click on execute
Here youll get print preview showing multiple labels because for
that material and for thatbatch multiple GRs were made.
If you want Label for particular GR, then provide GRN no in the
initial screen then you get print
as.

6th
and 2 copies to get printed then we
have given 6 & 2 in the initial screen.

Here the label starts from 6th position and 2 copies gets
printed as we have given 6 & 2 in the
initial screen.
Once you click on print button the label gets printed.
