DESCRIPTION:
Starview’s SAT Series semi-automatic vacuum formers are designed for low to medium run thermoforming as well as mold sampling. The SAT Series machines will form most common materials such as PVC, PET, Polystyrene, ABS, etc. The SAT Series is o�ered with standard form areas of 20” x 30”, 25” x 30”, 25” x 40” and 30” x 36” as well as custom sizes to meet customer needs.
For machines with increased production capacity and inline die cutting please consider Starview’s FOM Series, IF Series or IPV Series thermoforming machines.
A wide range of standard and custom automation features available to match customer requirements.
ANSI Class 4 machine safety for operator protection.
Color touch screen HMI for the ultimate in operator convenience and accessibility. Includes storage for 99 databases and on-screen data tracking.
A Starview exclusive remote access via standard Ethernet hardwire or optional Wi-Fi router gives management access to real-time process information from the machine.
Standard cooling blowers and optional plug/grid assist and water-cooled mold plate provide increased machine versatility and productivity.
