Prefix “ana-“ can mean up, again, anew, & throughout. Analyze means to break up into parts and anagram means a word spelled by mixing up letters of another word.

Prefix “bene-/ben-“ means good or well; it is a good idea to work at a job with good benefits or to have a benevolent teacher.

Prefix “contra-/contro-/counter-“ means against i.e. contradict (speak against) & counterclockwise (go against the clock).

Prefix “dys-“ can mean bad or poor as in dyslexia (poor reading) or dysfunctional (badly functioning).
