Sash Guide to eLearning
The following slides provide a step-by-step guide to help new (and
existing) staff with their eLearning Completion.
For any issues with your eLearning access, please contact the
Learning and Development Team on Ext 6915

1. Type of access to log in to ESR

17. Setting up Remote Internet Access
Log on to http://my.esr.nhs.uk to access ‘My ESR Portal’ and the e-
Learning portlet from a home PC/tablet
Your username will be displayed. (If your details are not displayed, please
enter the information given by your Administrator).
Enter a Password. (This must be 8 characters long and contain at least one
number. It must not contain repeating characters)
Click Log in to proceed. (This is auto-approved)

2. How to check your Compliance Matrix.
Click on ‘View my Compliance’
3. This is a full picture of your Competence record.
What do the colour means?
Green - You are compliant with 3 months or more left
Amber - You are compliant with less than 3 months left
Red - You are not Compliant. Your training may have expired or you have never
had the competence
Blue - You have the competence but it is not required.
No Expiry - You have the competence without an end date ie. Competence is required
once only
No Expiry
5. To access your eLearning click on
‘Learner Homepage’
9. In the Search box choose (a) Learning
Certification’ (b) Type ‘326’ and (c) Click ‘Go’.

10. Click on the link to see details. For a
different results please re-enter criteria
11.Click on ‘Subscribe’
12. Click ‘Finish’
13. Scroll down and select the yellow
briefcase icon to enrol in class
14. Select ‘Apply’ to confirm
enrolment
15. Select the ‘Play’ button to launch
the course you wish to play
16. (a) Ensure to complete all modules under the outline
(b) Use the Blue House icon to Save progress or
exit your work
17. You may choose to complete the
eAssessment alone; and if you pass, you do
not need to complete the course section.

• Visit the EPR Team in Room AD22, for unlocking your
smartcard. Office opens Mon-Fri, 7.30am to 5.30pm. No
need to book an appointment.
