SASAASAASASAASAASAWelcome

The Serviced Apartment Awards are the only awards to exclusively recognise excellence across the serviced apartment, extended stay, aparthotel and short-term rental sectors.

After a successful launch last year, 2017 has again seen more than 200 entries from around the world. These were reviewed by a panel of independent judges comprising industry professionals and corporate buyers. Two categories – the Rising Star and Industry Inspiration awards – have once again been voted for by Serviced Apartments News readers.

We’d like to off er our heartfelt thanks to everyone who entered the awards, as well as our judges and sponsors Akkomm, Brera Serviced Apartments, Grange Hotels, AA Hotel Services, Cycas Hospitality, The Fine Bedding Company, Frasers Hospitality, Harry Specters, JLL, Maxxton, Stay AKA and Oakwood Worldwide.

Thanks also to our supporting partners: Serviced Apartment News, The British Hospitality Association, Buying Business Travel, The Global Business Travel Association, HOSPA, Hospitality Interiors, Hotel Analyst, Institute of Hospitality, HOFTEL, SABA, Travel Intelligence Network and GTMC.
