new software packages for comprehensive
monitoring and control of any number
of checkweighers and metal detectors in
network operation. Their user interfaces
and data storage and documentation
features meet the strictest requirements
of users and legislators. These two software
packages can be used separately or in
combination. Together, they present a
complete solution for efficient, time-saving
and economical monitoring and control.

Checkweighers with USBPrint can store
batch records on a USB stick. With the aid
of the Offline Batch function, this data
can be stored, evaluated and archived in
SPCInline.

Various industry standards, such as IFS,
HACCP and BRC, demand complete doc-
umentation and traceability. Sartorius
ProControl@Inline stores all process data
in a future-proof SQL database. This
ensures that a large number of profession-
al tools and functions are available to you
for saving, processing and evaluating data.

Sartorius SYNUS and EWK3000 checkweighers as well as CoSYNUS and EWK3000 Combi systems (checkweigher and metal detector) and premium MDP and MDP Plus series metal detectors offer solutions for every process requirement.
Each running batch creates a configurable graph (button),which immediately shows violations of tolerances, yieldand metal contaminants or the current situation of a metal detector. Completed batches are shown on inactive(grayed out) buttons.

mented over your company's network
(LAN or WAN) or the Internet by modem.
You are no longer bound by geographical
restrictions.
A common language
Sartorius ProControl@Remote enables
direct access to all checkweigher functions.
Depending on the level of access permitted,
the user interface of the selected check-
weigher can be opened on the computer
screen for viewing only, or with all operat-
ing elements active. You can permit unlim-
ited remote operation of any checkweigher
in the network.

Flexibility and security
Sartorius ProControl@Remote can be
configured to meet individual security
needs. For example, you can require input
of a general password for running the pro-
gram and remote viewing of the selected
checkweigher's readout, and configure a
separate password that must be entered
before remote operation of that check-
weigher is enabled. Moreover, you can have
a prompt displayed on the checkweigher
screen for release of remote operation.
This helps to ensure that critical processes
are not interrupted by unauthorized or
unplanned use of remote control functions.
