User will give a missed call from his mobile on the IVR number

An SMS will be sent to the user with the wallet T&Cs and the OTP for wallet activation

A self- assisted IVR will trigger a call back to the user within 30 seconds

User will provide his full name and enter the OTP for successful wallet registration

User will input his 8 digit UDIO activation code and his date of birth printed on the sticker on the front of the card

The UDIO visa card is successfully activated and ready to use

Locate a cashpoint An SMS will be triggered to the user with a link to view UDIO cashpoints near his location

Check your wallet balance An SMS will be triggered to the user with his UDIO cash and voucher balance

Request Money Enter the phone number on the IVR and we’ll send an SMS to the number with a link to load your Udio Wallet

Recharge your phone Buy a data pack for your phone instantly.

Block your card Block your card instantly incase of loss or theft

Activating your plastic card

Step 1: Choose My Udio Card from Udio menu

Step 2: Select Activate Udio Card option. If you have a digital card, this is displayed at the bottom

Step 3: Enter your details along with 16 digit card number displayed on the card

Step 4: Click Activate Card. If card details are correct, card is activated.

Securing your plastic card

Step 5: Choose a 6 digit PIN/use your Udio password to secure your card.
