Sarah Francis Education University of San Diego I graduated in May of 2015 with a Bachelor Of Arts In Communication Studies and a minor in Sociology Accomplishments: Dean’s List and Second Honors As a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma I served on the philanthropy committee for three years Experience loanDepot June 2015-Present Consumer Lending Specialist: I was responsible for assisting borrowers fill out applications for personal loans, as well as assessing what the benefits of a loan would be for a specific borrower. I also handled customer service calls that included: helping walk borrowers through the website, advising what documentation was needed, and answering any other questions a borrower may have to help set the proper expectations. Verification Specialist: Completed a verbal verification phone call with borrowers to review the loan terms, as well as a final fraud check. I was also responsible for checking each loan application in detail to confirm accuracy, before funding the loan. Keller Williams Realty Internship June 2014-June2015 Duties include maintaining relationships with clients, putting together excel spreadsheets, creating marketing material for just sold and just listed homes, and running Craigslist and UT ads. I helped plan the Christmas party which included a silent auction to benefit KW Kids Care, as well as I am currently helping plan Red Day, a community outreach day for the entire office. iTan January 2014-August 2014 Duties included customer service skills, sales of different tanning packages and products, salon tidiness, inventory, and interacting with fellow employees.
