MJ Flood Technology, Dublin, Ireland June 2015-December 2015

Project Manager

Managed a large range of IT projects ranging from 10 user Office 365 rollouts to a large RDS project.

Implemented PRINCE2 methodologies in projects by creating relevant documentation and stage

boundaries. This involved reporting the Project Board.

Had full responsibility over project success and being the main point of contact for customer ensuring

all project objectives were met and project signoff attained.

Program Manager June 2014 – June 2015

Contracted to work in Three Ireland and had full Responsibility for the rollout a suite of IT services to

Educational Training Boards (formally VEC’s) throughout Ireland.

Designed business processes to ensure smooth project implementation and defined the team roles and

responsibility matrix. This also involved the organizing, chairing and taking the minutes of regular

project team meetings and present any updates to relevant Stakeholders. The management of certain

contracted work within the project was supervised and agreements put in place.

Project managing the on boarding of schools from the sales phase to the project close phase. This

involved the managing of all existing third party agreements.

Fixed-line Coordinator January 2013-June 2014

Coordinated all aspects of O2 fixed-line broadband in MJFlood, involving the scheduling of engineers to sites throughout Ireland and managing order escalations promptly and efficiently.

Ordered and assigned IP addresses through an Eircom Portal and documented this information.

Liaised with O2 customers via telephone regarding IP information; scheduled appointments and attended development meetings with O2, which involved decision making and problem solving.

Receptionist January 2012-January 2013

Met and greeted customers in the reception area as well as answered telephone calls efficiently and transferred them to necessary extensions throughout four companies in the MJ Flood Group

Administered and did the account work on Excel and internal programs.
