If you already have the Global Consulting Starter Pack, please delete it’s content first as some files may have changed name.

Extract this ZIP file to create the following directory:

Getting Ready material: All material to guide you through the localization effort. The SAPC-MMPS-051-Build-Schedule.mpp will guide you through the activities required.

This is the material used in our PSL2, PSL3 and PSL3B training sessions. The SAPC-MMPS-000-Sample-Bootcamp-Agenda.ppt will guide you through those documents. Extract this ZIP file to create the following directory:

10-Global-Consulting-Accelerators

This directory contains all the documents that are used in the ASAP Focus methodology roadmaps. They are the generic accelerators supplied by Global SAP FS Solution Management group. The SAPC-MMPS-031-BOM.xls (in the 01-Global-Consulting-Starter-Pack) will guide you through those documents.

Also includes some Country localized examples.

You may use the Country examples as a starting point.

It is your responsibility to assure personalization of YOUR solution as documented in SAPC-MMPS-060-Creating-Packaged-Services.ppt.

Install the Roadmap Composer on your Laptop

Update the Roadmap Composer Content

To make sure you have the latest copy of the ASAP Focus Roadmaps: -> Tools ->Check for Updates

Once in the “Content Upgrader”:1-Select ASAP Focus Roadmap2-Select the 2 Roadmaps3-Click Download

Make Global Accelerators available to the Roadmap Composer

Copy the content of this directory (accelerators) From (First download)

To (newly installed…)

Handling Concept

The sum of all localized accelerators is what makes YOUR solution unique for your market and for your approach

There is a large number of those accelerators and they will be used by persons with different roles

All the accelerators are linked in our 2 roadmaps so that they are made available to the Account and project teams from a central place, in an organized way.

Roadmap Composer Accelerators

Copy all Global original accelerators in this directory.

All your localized accelerators should be located in this directory

How the Roadmap Composer Selects Accelerators

If the accelerator is not found, it will then look in this directory.

The Roadmap Composer will first look in this directory (contains your localized accelerators)
