Workshop

Analytics

Strategy

Assessment

We offer several workshops and activities in order to accelerate the BW/4 & SAC adoption

The Analytics Strategy Assessment is a strategic end

to end analytics business development program that

uses a repeatable, scalable methodology to discover

and prioritize key customer business

challenges and assess a customer's analytic maturity

and program capabilities.

The DYB workshop leverages the Design Thinking approach

to help the customer to elaborate relevant challenges, key

indicators and KPIs together with SAP. The results of this

workshop will be used to create an individualized mock up of

a Digital Boardroom with the customer’s own KPIs and topics.

The BW/4HANA pulse check is a remote free customer

specific service which provides feedback on potential

improvements that could be achieved by their migration to

BW/4HANA without the need for a PoC.

This workshop format offers our customers the unique

opportunity to get to know all the benefits BW/4HANA and

modern BI tools provided to them face-to-face from our

experts. Highlight of this workshop is an exciting comparison

between the ‘old’ and ‘new’ BI and BW world.

The Cloud Analytics hackathon is an extensive

format in which several teams at our customer‘s will

be enabled on our Analytics software and use these

tools in an internal competition in order to create

solutions for real business problems.

BW/4HANA

Conversion

workshop

The goal of the “SAP BW/4HANA Conversion Workshop” is

to clarify SAP’s “Modern Data Warehouse” strategy, and how

SAP BW/4HANA integrates with our analytics solutions to

create added value.

Thank you.
