• Material Sourcing Search and Automated Sales Order Creation provides for streamlined searches for comparable materials with same characteristics or other parameters, across plants or within the same plant, with the ability to place in a “shopping cart” and add directly to the sales order

• Sales Quotation and Order Pricing Summary allows rapid, real-time analysis of margin contribution for an order, or a particular line item on the sales order

• Sales History visibility by customer, groups of customers or even the entire sales organization, at time of order entry

• Tools for expediting and tracking past due customer orders, including warning lights based on number of past-due days and direct drill-downs into a sales document — custom reporting enables multiple tables to be accessible via one screen

• Inventory Aging Reporting offers graphical presentation of inventory aging by SKU count and by dollar value, categorized by days from goods receipt. Averages are calculated based on the total inventory and aging at the batch level. Drill down either from the content tree or directly from the summary table to view details such as material, product line, warehouse, material type, inventory quantities, inventory value, shelf life summary and material status. Additional summary levels, graphical views and drill-downs can be configured to meet customer-specific business requirements
