Instructions1) Please fill in this questionnaire with as much information about your resizing or upgrade project as

 possible, and send it to your HP sales or sizing consultant, or equivalent HP Channel Partner 

representative.2) Please fill out the “System Environment” part (next page) for each unique SAP system where an

upgrade or resizing is planned. This can be used with SAP R/3 or other application components.

3) If available, attach the measurement reports, such as EarlyWatch or TVMS, MeasureWare CPUUtilization graphs, or others. Contact HP’s services organization if you need help measuring the peak CPU and memory utilization during a representative business processing timeframe.
