This report gives information on number of transactions for the Services rendered by various Districts

with reference to DDO Codes, HOA’s and Service Codes through AP and Central Portals of Mee Seva.

The report also provides information about the RBI and Bank Scroll status. Bank payment status and

Service Amount with respect to the total number of Challans.

On click of hyperlink present in this report it opens “Mee Seva Receipts Details” report. On opening the report it will prompt to enter From Date, To Date (Highlighted in red box)

After entering required From date, To date. Select “OK” (highlighted with black arrow).

This Report displays DDO Codes and HOA’s, Service Codes, with Service Descriptions according to the

Districts and its Codes, RBI and Bank Scroll Status, Bank Payment Status and Service amount for Total

Number of Transactions are displayed.

We can find “Filter selection” option on the left side panel of the report. We have 8 filters; ‘Currency

Scaling’ (highlighted in Red box of Figure:1), ‘DDO’ (highlighted in black box of Figure: 1), ‘Service

Provider’(highlighted in green box of Figure: 1), ‘HOA’(highlighted in orange box of Figure: 1), ‘District’

(highlighted in Red box of Figure: 2), ‘Bank scroll Status’ (highlighted in green box of Figure: 2), ‘RBI

Scroll Status’ (highlighted in Black box of Figure: 2), and ‘Bank Payment Status’ (highlighted in Orange

box) Upon choosing, the report will be rendered as per selection.

In this Report we have 2 reports which are hyperlinked together

1. Meeseva Receipts Overview

2. Meeseva Receipts Details

1. Meeseva Receipts Overview. This is the main Report, in this Report it consists of whole state Total

Meeseva Challans.

On click on hyperlink (highlighted in red box), Report will be redirected to next Report i.e. Meeseva

Receipts Details.

Optional: If you want to run the report with another (From-To) dates, click on User Input Prompt

(highlighted with orange arrow), enter required dates (highlighted in black box) and then hit run

(highlighted with green arrow) so that report will be rendered as per selection.

Or select Refresh to enter new From date and To date (highlighted in blue box).

2. Meeseva Receipts Detail. In this Report we can see the Meeseva Transaction ID, No. Of Challans, Meeseva Timestamp, Batch, DDO, District, Meeseva User Charges, Meeseva Postal Charges, Debit/Credit Indicator, Welfare Fund, Transaction Mode, Meeseva Centre Code, AO / CP, Remitter Name, Service Amount, HOA, Service Code, Service Name, Meeseva Transaction Date, Meeseva Transaction Time, CFMS ID with Year, Challan No. with Year, Challan Year, Document Number, Posting Date, Bank Status, Bank Scroll Date, Bank Scroll Time, Bank Scroll Payment Mode, Pay U Transaction ID.

We can find “Filter selection” option on the left side of the report. We have 1 filter; ’Currency Scaling’

(highlighted in red box).

On horizontal scroll we can see the remaining Fields.

Optional: If you want to go for specific selection, click on User Input Prompt (highlighted with green

arrow), you can see From Date, To Date(highlighted in red box), DDO, HOA, Disrtict, Service Code, SCRL

Status, Bank SCRL Status,(highlighted in green box). After Selection hit Run (highlighted with Black

Arrow) So that report will be rendered as per selection.

Or select Refresh (highlighted in blue box) to enter new From date, To date, DDO, HOA, Disrtict, Service

Code, SCRL Status, Bank SCRL Status.
