- A Requisition is the eRecruiting object/concept.
- Data relating to the job position.
- The possible status for a Requisition are: draft, released, published, closed.

The Job Posting is the act by which the vacancy we want to cover is published both
internally or externally.
Internal channels are exclusively for internal candidates (employees).
External channels are exclusively for external candidates.

Candidate profile
The summary of a candidate profile contains all the information: educational data,
experience, attachments, qualifications (knowledge, skills, languages, etc.), history of
assignments or processes, etc.

The recruiter can see at any time a candidate’s profile.
SAP will generate a ranking based on the search criteria entered.

“Search/Proposed Candidates” functionality to obtain a ranking of the Talent Pool
