▪ HCM Swedish components (PA-PA-SE, PY-SE, PY-SE-CE, PY-SE-PS) maintenance

Tax & EC adjustments
▪ Year-End Legal Change of PY constants defined for the year 2021 – delivered in several steps
▪ LC of Employer‘s Contribution valid from 1.1.2021 for EEs in age of 18-22 years
▪ Temporary LC of Employer‘s Contribution valid from 1.6.2021 to 31.8.2021 for EEs in age 18-22 (repeated in 2022)
▪ Refactoring of the code for EC functionality done to improve the quality of delivery
▪ Adjustments for the Tax calculation in some specific scenarios (30% of tax after Employee is terminated)
▪ SINK tax calculation for non-resident Employees (25% of taxation)

▪ Corrections:
▪ Fees should be reported only for one department. If both exist, it reports only DPT1 and display warning
▪ In case of retro back to “interim period” for employees without pension plan set , valid pension plan was searched in future records ,
which caused incorrect assignment of old pens.
▪ Some error messages texts are hardcoded, it was converted to text elements
▪ Period with retroactively changed start date are now correctly generated and reported

▪ Corrections:
▪ ITP1 Agreed monthly salary - in case of hire action (“IN” event ), it is required to send also agreed salary in node
“AvtaladManadslon”
▪ Agreed salary must be reported even for hourly paid employees who doesn’t have fixed salary. If agreed salary not defined , then it
needs to be reported as 0.
▪ In case that payroll contains multiple WPBP splits. The annual earnings for Wage waiver was reported only for the last WPBP split.
Now we report wage waiver as summary for all wpbp splits for whole period.

Piloting of notes

▪ Pilot notes are released only for customers requesting corrections/developments. They are created after development is
finished and tested internally by SAP
▪ Shouldn't be installed on productive system (Pilot note is released for testing purposes only)
▪ It is appreciated if Pilot customers can test the new functionality on their system with their specific customizing
▪ Pilot customers give feedback to SAP – the faster the feedback is the less open topic remains on SAP side. This helps us a
lot to avoid overlapping development which very often leads to difficulties during implementing the notes by customers
