1.1. Required User Input Enter transaction code "FAGLPLSET" in the command line and press enter.

1.2. SAP Screen Snap

1.3. Description   Follow the menu path as shown in the screen snap and double click on "FAGLPLSET - Set Planner Profile" OR Enter transaction code "FAGLPLSET" in the command line and press enter.

2. Planner Profile

2.1. Required User Input Click on "Continue" icon to proceed.

2.2. SAP Screen Snap

2.3. Description   For profit center planning, select planner profile "Z1100-PC". Use F4 to see and select the desired planner profile. Click on "Continue" icon to proceed. The planner profile determines the planning layout used in planning. The initial planning screen appears based on the first planning layout defined for a planning area. You can choose "Goto -> Next layout" to navigate to further options.The planner profile can contain default values for the variables in the planning layout (preparameterization). You determine in the planner profile whether the defaults can be overwritten or not. This makes it possible to assign planner profiles to different user groups and thus control what objects they are allowed to plan (for example, given cost center and cost element groups).

4.1. Required User Input Enter transaction code "GP12N" in the command line and press enter.

4.3. Description   Follow the menu path as shown in the screen snap and double click on "GP12N - Enter (New)" OR Enter transaction code "GP12N" in the command line and press enter.

5. Planning Parameters

5.1. Required User Input Click on "Button".

5.2. SAP Screen Snap

5.3. Description   Enter parameters shown on the screen, select "Form-Based" option, then press Enter to continue. A posting period is a self-contained part of a fiscal year. Every business transaction is allocated to a posting period. The monthly debits and credits of the different business transactions are accumulated per posting period. The company code is an organizational unit within financial accounting You can use different versions within profit center planning. Actual data from other SAP modules is always posted on using version 001. Version numbers are used primarily by planning to manage different plan versions. Fiscal year is a period, 12 months as a rule, for which the company is to create its inventory and balance

sheet. The fiscal year can be the same as the calendar year, but does not have to be.

6. Planning Values

6.1. Required User Input Enter planning values then press Enter.

6.3. Description   Enter planning values at every combination of profit center and GL account. Scroll down if desired to find required profit center and GL account combination.
