    MASS SCHEDULE AND INTENTIONS

    Advent Wreath PrayerLight the third rose-colored candleand say:

    The People that walked indarkness have seen a great light! (Isaiah 9:1-2)

    God of blessings,We celebrate your good gifts andrejoice at the gifts of your son, Jesus.

    Amen.

    The spirit of the Lord God is upon me,because the Lord has anointed me;

    He has sent me to bring good news to the afflicted,to bind up the brokenhearted,

    To proclaim liberty to the captives,release to the prisoners,To announce a year of favor from the Lord

    and a day of vindication by our God.

    (Isaiah 61:1-2)

    Reflection:

    The Scriptures throughout the weeks of Advent,call us to ready our hearts and minds for the Incar-nation. As part of this preparation, we are invited

    to examine the shadows in our lives and to ask for-giveness for our sins. Attending the Sacrament ofReconciliation frees us form the stain of sin andrenews our hearths for the miracle of Christmas.

    New Directory Sign

    The directory of the

    parish campus that is

    located in the park-

    ing lot between the

    church and the meeting rooms has been updated

    and replaced. The former directory did not correct-

    the years. The new sign depicts the various build-

    ings in color and is back lit at night. Walk over to

    the sign, and take a visual tour of the campus.

    Daily Prayer for Priests

    O Jesus,I pray for your faithful and; fervent priests;

    For your unfaithful and tepid priests;For your priests laboring at home or

    Abroad in distant mission fields.For your tempted priests;

    For your lonely and desolate priests;

    For your young priests; For your dying priests;For the souls of your priests in Purgatory.

    But above all, I recommend to youThe priests dearest to me;

    The priest who baptized me;The priests who absolved me from my sins;

    The priests at whose MassesI assisted and who gave me

    Your Body and Blood in Holy Communion;The priests who taught and instructed me;

    All the priests to whom I am indebtedin any other way

    (especially...)O Jesus, keep them all close to your heart,

    And bless them abundantlyin time and in Eternity,

    Amen
