My Master was a great giant in this Surat Shabd Yoga. It

is a science which has been brought down through the

past Masters, starting with Kabir Sahib and through vari-

ous others until it came to Tulsi Sahib; then came Swamiji,

Baba Jaimal Singh Ji, and then Hazur my Master. Today,

all that you are now getting, is through His blessing.

During physical illness Hazur gave his darshan to the Sangat through a window o his houseat Dera Beas. Kirpal Singh would be standing in the crowd below, and Hazur would always

give Him a special gesture: a gesture with the hand, a gesture with the eyes, a gesture withthe head to tell Him that things were all right.

job. Never dreamt it. I was astonished. But

He is carrying on the work or me. I am only

a scape goat, I would say. (Master smiles)

Scape goat. This is a very great responsibility.

I generally say, God, spare people this very

hard task. So we are ollowing the path o

discipleship, you see. Some views, some

glimpses o the Light. This cannot be judged

by others. You can judge yoursel. When you

think you are doing well, you are progressing,

So history usually shows that, when Masters leave,two things start. The one who is given Mastership

(and He never gives it to His own children; maybe

in rare cases i anybody is it) leaves the place. Guru

Nanak had two sons; both started mastership at

home, but He gave it to Guru Angad who let that

place and went to some other place. Guru Angad

had so many children. He gave it to Amar Das among

us, you see, and the children started their mastership

at home. In all other cases this happens similarly. So

Master told me, All right, you go. Wherever you go,

your Master is with you and the people will come up.

Where theres honey, all bees will come up. This is

but natural.

Whenever people praised Him, Sant Kirpal Singh al-

ways said, No, this is not my work, it is the work o my

Master. I somebody asked Him to give him His Grace,

to help him to come out o his problems, Master al-

ways said, Hazur will bless you! Even i people asked

ten times, twenty times, Masters answer was always,

He will bless you, dont worry! Sometimes some non-

initiate or some religious persons came to Him. They

also wanted to praise Him and wanted to bow down

beore Him, but Master bowed down beore them.

So He was the loving riend o everyone. He who saw

Him liked Him. He was the riend o the poor and

destitute. He was the pride o many, many who could

understand Him, who could love Him. For those who

could understand Him, He did everything. Not only

Blessed is the place, You met me there,

I have given you a very good companion,

She will work as my champion.Said He, I owe to do a lot or her,

He gave me His stay and way,

My yearning to meet Him grew more and more,

Six months passed like thousand years.

His order bound me more and sure,

Though I heard His competency with open ears.

His Excellency passed by, I never knew,

This gentleman surprised me very much,

When heard I that you be there as such. Physically never He knew

me and never I did,

Thought relected in me and could I bid.

In His appearance I even could know His name,

Sitting among thousands I saw Him same.

How can I orget such a Master?

I elt, I owe much to such a Master.

He sweetly told to come near to Him,

I obeyed and thought, who can be dear to Him?

I saw in His eyes the surging waves o love,

Making Satsang He kept seeing and I elt above.

My eyes were ull o tears lowing,

Competency o Kabir kept the heart glowing.

Satsang inished I saw eye to eye again,

Pledged I beore Him, or Him I never die again.

Looking in my eyes, He said, I saw you anywhere,

Looking into His eyes, bowed I, You maniest everywhere.

Thereater realized I, there is no tongue and no thought,

Wondered I over His Grace as how am I caught.

He told me, Why you stress me or initiation,

Did I not initiate you alone?

My house is a temple and your Fathers home.

He promised to initiate physically and He did.

I went on seeing Him but could not close the lid.

I was the only one who could not satisy,

Started I cursing my ate and luck,

For me His single glance could do much above much.

He learnt me what nobody could learn,

He helped me to turn, turn and return.

Ater six months He initiated my wie,

While above body-consciousness she saw Nanak and Kabir,

World Fellowship O ReligionsSant Kirpal Singh was elected President o the World Fellowship o Religions

(WFR) in

Te WFR was brought into being in 1957 and held its initial Conerence the sameyear in Delhi. Four World Conerences were held in India and serveral regionalconerences in Persia, France and Germany ollowed. For the frst time, theseconerences brought most o the worlds relgious leaders together at one table. Atleast the ound out that the essencce o all religions is one and the same: to bindus back to our initial source.

I have great pleasure in meeting you

here, in the other part o the world. It

is the Grace o God, working through

my Master, that I am here. I remember

once, many years ago, our Master went

to Karachi. When He returned to Beas

He told me, I received a return ticket

rom America. They want me to go there,

even or a day, and give them a blessing.

But I have returned it to them, saying, I

cannot, Im too old. And He told me,

The God in You should go; You will go. It

is His Grace working that I am here. I was

also here in the past, in 1955. Now again

I am amongst you. I am so very happy to

see you all here. We are all brothers and

sisters in God. So, with the Grace o God,

we are all together again.

Sant Kirpal Singh participates in the Conerence o the Landsmannschat Ostpreuen (organization o German expellees rom East Prussia), in the vast Rheinstadion at Dsseldor on June 16.

Over 200 000 people attended this Conerence, many speeches were delivered, including an address by Herrn von Hassel, the Deence Minister o West Germany.

This present tour has been taken as the exten-

sion o what my Master wanted o me. He im-

pressed on me to have a common ground or all

men, irrespective o whether they belonged to

one religion or the other. They are all the same

as man, and urther, they are embodied souls.

He wanted me to have a common ground or all,

where men belonging to all religions, o the East

or West, could sit together on the same earth

and under the same canopy o heaven. So it is

with His Grace that this present renovation, you

might say, or revival o the old, old truths taught

by all past Rishis and Masters is being given out.
