GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA
DIMENSIONS
a) Standard with stage:
• Total surface area 2.464m2..
• 32m wide x 80m long.
• Height of ceiling 14m and height of metallic structure 12m.
b) Without stage:
• Total surface area 2.976m2.
• 32m wide x 93m long.
• Height of ceiling 14m and height of metallic structure 12m.
LOADS AND WEIGHTS ON FLOOR
Maximum specific load: 50KN (5000k), separation minimum 1mt. 20KN separation minimum 2mt.
Uniformly distributed loads: 6KN (600k/m2)
RIGGING
200Kg per rigging point, at least 2m between each one.
Pre-rigging on stage with various certified charging points (in case of
disassembling equipment)
BLACKOUT
The venue has a manual curtaining system in the upper area.

GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA
STAGE
20m wide x 12m long x 1.60m high. Real dimensions: 26,94 wide x 12m long x 1,60
high. Equipped with legs, backdrop and American curtain.
In the event of the disassembly of the stage, all costs will be charged to the
promoter.(Disassembly and setting up with stability certification).
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
Two 400 V tri-phase lines:
• 400 A. (eastern area)
• 200 A. (western area)
ADVERTISING
Advertising may be placed in different areas, subject to prior approval by B:SM.
This may not be in conflict with the Sant Jordi Club’s sponsors.
• Static advertising on metal structures, walls, seating stands, railings and/or
façade
• Laser or gobo projections on the venue façade/walls.
• Dynamic advertising on the internal TV circuit and external screens.

OTHER SPACES
a) Eastern Area (Production and Backstage):
• 7 dressing rooms:
• 3 of 41,25m2.
• 3 of 33m2.
• 1 of 79,75m2.
• Internal courtyard of 400m2.
• 345m2 of storage behind the stage.
• Production Office.
b) Western Area (Public):
• Internal courtyard of 400m2 with WC s and bar.
• Access to the seating areas.
c) Stand on first floor (Public)
VIP room (on request):
· Interior space of 91 m2 equipped with bar , chromatic lighting, furniture
and sound equipment (the music player has to be provided by the client)
· Exterior terrace of 165 m2 equipped with ambient lighting and sound
equipment (the music player has to be provided by the client)

CORPORATE EVENTS
AFORO
The capacity of the Sant Jordi Club may vary depending on event configuration.
CATERING
Services of over 35€/pax may be contracted out to any catering company that
complies with the standard quality requirements. The amount to be paid to BSM will
be 10% of the total invoicing.
Catering services of up to 35€/pax will need to be exclusively handled by Aramark
Tel. 93 426 19 10.
Any catering service is obliged to serve our official products:
• Beer: DAMM and/or all their range of beers.
• Water: Veri.
• Soft Drinks: Coca-Cola, Fanta, Nestea, Nordic Tonic Water and/or Minute Maid.
ZONA EXTERIOR
There is an exterior area of around 2000m2 available to the promoter, with a
direct electricity supply, as well as multiple car parks for the attending public.

COURTAIN SYSTEM
The venue is equipped with an automatic separating system mad up of five
independent curtains that permit the venue to be separated into various spaces.
• 2 moveable black curtains 12m in height.
• 3 fixed white curtains 12m in height:
• Lower part opaque: 3.5m.
• Upper part net: 8.5m.
DECORATION
Adaptation of the space may be contracted out to the organizers usual
providers.
GUARDARROBA
Located at the venue’s main Entrance, this may be used by the promoter in
different ways
(Welcome Desk, Passes/Authorizations, etc.).

CONCERTS & SHOWS
TICKET OFFICES
The Sant Jordi Club ticket offices have 4 windows for ticket collection and sales,
and are located in the venue’s access area. The ticket office service may be contracted
upon prior request and acceptance of the cost quotation given.
CLOAKROOM
The cloakroom is at the venue’s main entrance. The cloakroom service is
managed by a company providing services to the Sant Jordi Club and is free of
charge to the promoter.
BARES
The bars and/or food service points are managed exclusively by the company
Aramark.
MERCHANDISING
On Stage is the company that has exclusive rights to manage the
merchandising sales point during concerts.
COURTAIN SYSTEM
The venue has a dual-function black curtain that reduces the space according
to the size of the audience as well as minimizing sound reverberation..

ZONA EXTERIOR
There is an exterior area of around 2000 m2 available to the promoter, with a
direct electricity supply, as well as multiple car parks for the attending public.
AFORO
Sant Jordi club’s concert license permits a maximum capacity of 4,620 people
(including guests), on the floor area and/or the stands.
The fixed stand for concerts has 244 seats and a different entrance.

EXTRA CHARGE OPTIONS
Several options are available on request (extra charges):
FOH control and monitor desk can be replaced by other digital options: AVID,
DIGICO if required
Wireless microphone system can be upgraded according to needs
The monitor system can be upgraded or implemented with IEM, speakers and
systems. If there is more than one band it is mandatory to quote for extra staff
and equipment
Upgrades must be paid before the day of the event
