Eleven Quick Tips to Help Teachers Get THE MOST from their Gradebooks
If you want to print (for example) the “due date” on a Progress Report, then DISPLAY it that way (even temporarily).
That will ensure IgPro prints the “due date” (or any other IgPro field).
To gain more “real estate” on your IgPro screen, click/hold/drag the “border” to the right edge.
IgPro will “remember” this setting.
When creating a task (or edit it later), use the “Custom” Short Name field, rather than letting IgPro Automatically “guess” a short name.
Sorting tasks by type gives a better picture of how students are progressing.
BONUS: Reports will retain this order (see Itty Bitty #1)
Be sure to occasionally check the “Percent of Spreadsheet”. This will immediately bring to light any grading setup errors.

These “extra” fields can be reflected in IgPro reports.
One example of usage—teacher has combine grades to reflect the grade at the time of the parent/teacher conference. This “combined Ggade” does NOT affect the student’s average—is it only for “reference”.
