L.A.C.E. Is Sponsoring A Church-Wide Gathering on Wednesday, February 28th at 6:30 p.m. Amber Bateman, LBA’s ESL coordinator will be our speaker. Refreshments will be served. EVERYBODY IS INVITED!

Meals on Wheels invited us to participate in the Souper Bowl of Caring on Sunday, February 4th. Because we were closed that day due to snow, we will honor the event this Sunday. Please donate $1.00 per person to help cover the cost of meals for those in need.

The Deacons Will Meet The Third Sunday of each month, immediately following the morning worship service.  These will be brief but informative meetings.  All Deacons please plan to attend.

The LBA “Away” Mission Trip will be to Wise, Virginia but the focus will be in Big Stone Gap. We will stay at UVA Wise/Wise Baptist Church. We are having a group informational meeting and sign-up for all on Saturday, March 3rd at 9:00 a.m. at Chestnut Hill Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall. Please be prepared to bring a $50.00 deposit with your registration.

Week Of Prayer for North American Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering will be Sunday, March 4 th through Sunday, March 11th. Ingathering will be on Sunday, March 11th. Our goal is $500.00.

The LBA Executive Committee Training Session will be on Tuesday, March 6th at 6:00 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall.

We Are Collecting Items To Fill The Shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child 2018. This will be a year-long church-wide effort. We will be culminating with a packing party and meal. The bin will be located in the Welcome Center.

Donna Wilson Will Soon Be Taking Orders for Easter Lilies in honor of and in memory of our loved ones. The cost of the lilies will be $8.00.

Church Business Conference will be on Wed., March 21st at 6:30 p.m.
