Sandip Foundation Day was celebrated with great zeal by organizing various events like eye and

skin checkup camp, blood donation camp, expert lecture on Identification Of Core Values For

Synergy on 7th April 2016. Blood Donation Camp was organized at Sandip Polytechnic as part of

Sandip Foundation Day on 7th April 2016. On this occasion students as well as faculty members

donated blood.

• Institute is going to organize 45 days training on Entrepreneurship

Development for the students of second year of all branches during

9th May to 24th May 2016. The objective of the training is to develop

and strengthen the entrepreneurial quality i.e. motivation or need for

achievement.

Upcoming Events

• Institute is going to organize 45 days program of TOYOTA

TECHNICAL EDUCATION (T-TEP) for the students of second

year of mechanical department during 2nd May to 15th June 2016. In

all 20 students are going to be participate in the program. With the

help of T-TEP training institute will be able to develop a highly

skilled technical workforce with greater career prospect in the

automotive service industry. Prof. N.P.Jade and Prof. D.S.Mahale

will be the faculties for the program.

Students need to follow the admission steps given below to take admission for second and third year for academic year 2016-17

Online Admission Procedure.

Considering the difficulties of off line admissions like standing in Queues at student section for admission and in Account or Bank for payment of fees, it has been decided that to do the admissions without standing in Queues the procedure of which is enumerated below :- All the Regular Students of 2015-16 and those who have cleared their backlog year in exam Summer-2016 and every one eligible wish to take admission to higher classes are to follow the following procedure for Admissions. a] Student to log in Sandip ERP as usual through his/her log-in ID and password. This process should be done between 15 June 2016 to 30 Jun 2016, (till 1700hrs) The links are as follows :- i] Off Campus http://erp.sandipfoundation.org. No provision for on campus Admission process.

of first admission and quota of admission will enable you to generate proper fee challan for you.

c] Get the printout of duly filled in challan. d] Pay the fees in HDFC, branch near to your home. Go to Internet, enter

the transaction ID provided by HDFC on your fee challan which will enable you to get print out of Admissions form AFTER TWO WORKING DAYS.. In case of Bank related problem please contact on Mr. Vihit Salins 9372426020 & Mr. Amol Vispute 9370643503 during working hours/days.

e] Print out of Admissions form should be attached with following documents. 1) Previous Year Mark-sheet Xerox Copy 2) Fee Paid challan ( Account's copy)

f] Hand over the complete set of Admission form and said documents at designated reporting desk in the Department for your class and branch on 30th Jun. It is mandatory to submit these admission documents to Technical Assistant in Department.

1) I, on behalf of Trust and the Institute, welcome your ward to Next Higher Class of Polytechnic and wish him/her a successful Academic Year 2016-17. Institute will reopen on 20th Jun 2016.

2) Online admission process is explained above. If online admission process documents (Admission form, Challan etc.) are not submitted on 30th Jun 2016 it will invite delayed Admission charges as Rs.

Admission Procedure for Academic year 2016-17

DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES

100/- per day, and till the admission is not sought student will not be allowed to attend the classes. (Last date for admissions with late fee is 5th July 2016)

i] To be paid through Admin officer, if seeking admission to Hostel. Hostel Fees: Rs. :65000/- Hostel Deposit Rs.: 5000 /-

(Rs.70000/- in the form of Cash /Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of Sandip Foundation payable at Nashik )

3) For minute details of the fees and for Transportation fees refer the Institute notice boards. 4) Students to preserve original fee receipts as there is no provision for duplicate receipt. 5) Please note that Hostel & Transportation fees once paid are not refundable at any cost and ground.

Send the Student in available uniform & I Card from day one. Fees and formalities for new uniform will be notified on notice board.

6) All the students have to attend all the lectures and practical from beginning of semester. Students having attendance less than 75℅ would be detained (will not be allowed to appear for Board Exam) as per MSBTE ordinance on the issue.

7) Students would be solely responsible to fill in exam/eligibility forms etc. as well as the proposals for Scholarship, Free ship, EBC, Minority etc. (which ever applicable) within the time frame given. However in case of any difficulty Institute will guide in filling of forms. Student will be allowed to fill in examination form only after completing all admission formalities and full payment of admission fees.

Student will be eligible for only one type of scholarship in one Academic Year.

8) As per Supreme Court directives, ragging in any form is strictly prohibited. Strict action will be taken against the offenders. They have to submit undertaking of printout downloaded from under mentioned links having the parents and the student signature on it.
