Over all 9 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement.
Around 5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing includes Rfx Management, Spend Analysis,
Contract Management, Market Research, contract management and SIPM.
Last year was in Malaysia handling a Pharmaceutical client individually, helping and
coordinating them in implementation of Ariba and conducting e-sourcing activities. Currently,
supporting a Real Estates client in Bangalore for the implementation of Ariba and conducting e-
sourcing activities.
As an Individual contributor (Infosys), supported clients like Verizon and Astrazeneca in
strategic sourcing conducting end-to-end sourcing activites.

Project Description as Senior Consultant- Strategic Sourcing:
� Spearheading implementation of Ariba Sourcing Suite at various Clients, End – to – End.
� Pre-sales support for Ariba Spend Management Solutions for India and Asia Pacific
� Consulting of proven and market driven best practices for Spend Management and
Strategic Sourcing.
� Spend Analysis and Opportunity Identification to create a sourcing pipeline

� Cost savings realisation of 3.78 Mil MYR in Capex and Opex purchase during my tenure
at Chemical Company of Malaysia (CCM) by following the Best Practices and adopting
effective auction strategies
� Currently achieved a savings of 5.35 Mil INR in 2 months at Prestige Group client.
� Conducted more than 100 projects with high customer satisfaction scores.

Project Description as Process Lead- Strategic Sourcing (Mar 2010 to March 2014):
� Implementing strategic sourcing process includes spend analysis, tail spend solution
and market research to optimize spend and achieve substantial savings.
� Conduct Spend analysis and identify opportunity and projects, specifically working on
the tail spend.
� Prepare case study and market research report like SWOT analysis, Porters 5 Forces to
support the new opportunity identified to the client
� Conduct different forms of auctions based on the requirement and aid client / Buyer to

Project Description as Process Executive- P2P (Feb 2006 to Feb 2010):
� Managing indirect procurement which involves Inventory buying, Low value buying,
Blanket purchase agreement maintenance, expediting and vendor database
management
� Handling escalations and resolving queries of the team
� Generating Request for Quote (RFQ) in Oracle iProcurement to supplier and follow-up to
get the quote.
� Process Purchase Orders (PO) as per requester requirement in Oracle iProcurement.
� Ensuring target is achieved as per Service Level Agreement.
� Follow-up of the deliveries with the distribution centers.
� Analyzing the order request from requester, coordinating with the inventory controller
of sites to maintain minimum inventory of all items.

Oracle.
