Meeting Profiles Monday, November 2, 2015

Tiatros Tiatros’ mission is to be a material part of the solution to a big problem: fixing our healthcare system. Tiatros moves all of the clinic‐to‐clinic processes that doctors rely upon to coordinate patient care to a private, secure mobile cloud, where everyone involved has timely, reliable access to all of the information and people they need ‐ smoothing out clinical workflows and adding a rich social layer to dramatically improve healthcare efficiency. Tiatros gives healthcare providers safe, reliable access to chronic disease patients, their entire care team, complete health record, and care plan from any Internet‐enabled device. Finally, care teams can overcome the information silos and logistical barriers that make chronic diseases so dangerous and expensive to treat, delivering collaborative, continuous, and patient‐driven chronic disease care.

Kimberlie Cerrone Founder & CEO @ Tiatros Kimberlie is a dealmaker and intellectual property strategist by background, and has spent more than 30 years in the Silicon Valley, where she has been a C‐level executive at 9 venture backed startups, 2 of which she helped take from formation to IPO.

These interactions foster essential foundations and sustainable relationships between academia and industry to support leadingedge and translational discoveries across the life bioscience spectrum. In her 4 years at Stanford, Hanwei has cultivated dozens of collaborative projects

between Stanford and industry, resulting in $10M+ of funding to Stanford.
