    Employee Spotlight Norma Hernandez

    Food & Beverage Kitchen Staff

    She has worked with San Angelo Country Club for 2 years.

    She is originally from Rifle, Colorado.

    Her birthday is October 21st.

    She enjoys painting, gardening and of course cooking, hoping to one day start her own

    Pastry Shop.

    Other coworkers feel she is “ambitiously driven,” always “willing to give a helping

    hand” and “goes above and beyond as she takes pride in her work.”

    If you happen to see Norma around the Club be sure to give her a hello and thank her for

    all of her hard work and dedication!

    A group of golfers consisting of 6 MGA members, Assistant Pro Robert Kent, and a guest from New Mexico traveled to Monterrey, California and played golf at Spanish Inn, Spy-glass Hill, and Pebble Beach.     Thanks to all of the Daisy Double participants! The golf course was beautiful as always!!! I am glad that Mother Nature took care of us and delayed the rain so we could play. Thank you Jason and Chris for bartending and hitting tee shots for us on #13, to

    Curtis and Daniel and the club house crew for everything, they are the best!

    Congratulations to all of the winners! The winning teams from our club were: the teams of Barbara Bost and Michelle Hutchison, Crystal (BoomBoom) King and Leslie

    Gooch, Cindy Kirby and Karla Kiser, Rosi Cain and Becky Ellwanger. We have some pro shop shopping to do!

    I just want to say that Jim Pomroy and his crew do an amazing job day after day so we are able to play one of the best golf courses in the country. Next time you see him

    or one of his employees just give 'em a thank you. It will be greatly appreciated.
