    Get started First steps to operating your phoneSIM card information

    When you subscribe to a cellular network, you receivea plug-in SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card

    loaded with your subscription details, such as yourPIN, and available optional services.

    Install and charge the phone

    Remove the batterycover.

    If the phone is alreadyon, first turn it off bypressing and holding[ ].

    Insert the SIM card.

    Make sure that the gold-coloured contacts areface down.

    When the battery is low:

    a warning tone sounds, the low battery message displays, and the empty battery icon blinks.

    If the battery level becomes too low, the phoneautomatically turns off. Recharge your battery.

    Transfer : transfer the currently active call to acaller on hold. The two callers can talk to eachother, but you are disconnected from the call.

    Join : set up a multi-party call by adding a calleron hold to a currently active call. You can includeup to 5 people on a multi-party call.

    Select one : select one of multi-party call

    participants. You can then use the followingoptions:Private : have a private conversation with onemulti-party call participant. The other participantscan converse with each other. After the privateconversation, select Join to return both all privateparticipants to the multi-party call.Remove : disconnect one multi-party callparticipant.
