Credit Card Payments with the Payeezy Hosted Payment Page The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into an agreement with Santander Merchant Services powered by First Data to provide payment processing services. eCommerce payment data will now be collected and transmitted by First Data’s Payeezy Hosted Payment page.

When you make a credit card payment in the Snowmobile / ATV site, you will be temporarily redirected to the Payeezy site for secure processing of your credit card. You will then be directed back to the Snowmobile / ATV site, where you will see the confirmation of your payment and be able to download and print your receipts as in the past.

Logging In

The log in process has not changed – go to https://www.snowatvowner.pa.gov/ and log in by supplying your vehicle’s VIN number, Model Year, and either the current Title Number or the current Registration Number.

Renew Registration

Log in and click REGISTRATION RENEWAL.

The renewal cost will be displayed. Click PROCESS PAYMENT.

You will be temporarily redirected to the Payeezy site for secure processing of your credit card. Enter your credit card information and click Pay With Your Credit Card.

Once your payment has been made, you will be redirected back to the Snowmobile / ATV site and shown your payment confirmation. If you supplied an email address you will also receive an email confirmation.

Request Vehicle Replacements

Log in and click REQUEST REPLACEMENTS.

Select the items you want and click PROCESS PAYMENT.

You will be temporarily redirected to the Payeezy site for secure processing of your credit card. Enter your credit card information and click Pay With Your Credit Card.

Once your payment has been made, you will be redirected back to the Snowmobile / ATV site and shown your payment confirmation. If you supplied an email address you will also receive an email confirmation.

Convert Limited Registration to Regular

If you have a LIMITED vehicle registration (operated exclusively on the property of the owner), you may now use the Snowmobile / ATV site to convert it to a REGULAR registration. Log in and click CONVERT REGISTRATION.

You will be asked whether your vehicle currently displays a DCNR Registration Plate or Decal.

If your vehicle currently displays a DCNR Registration Plate or Decal, the whole process can be completed immediately. Click PROCESS PAYMENT.

If your vehicle does not display a DCNR Registration Plate or Decal, a new one will be assigned and mailed to you for an additional fee. Click PROCESS PAYMENT.
