Your failure to comply with our Company expectations of showing up to work negatively impacts the start of the physician shift, often times being the most critical hour in terms of patient volume. In addition, it negatively impacts the level of customer service that we provide to our clients. You must show immediate improvement and sustain resolution of your attendance. Failure to do so will result in further disciplinary action; including termination of employment. I would like to see you succeed; however, your job is now in jeopardy.
