The following slides were part of a larger Project Overview presentation regarding a project to convert a week-long instructor-led course into a blended learning solution.
Due to confidentiality agreements, the names of the companies have been substituted and only a few slides of the presentation are ‘shareable’.
This sample shows not only the curriculum that I developed as a blended learning solution, but also demonstrates the type of communication I provide throughout my projects.
The ‘missing’ slides outlined course topics for each course, showed the project development timeline, identified potential roadblocks to meeting the deadline as well as next steps.

ABC Company
Currently, ILT course is taught over 5 days.
• As more and more ABC employees are part-time workers, it is not possible to pull them away for 2 weeks to complete the training.
• Budget constraints for travel also are driving the demand for alternate ways to teach this course.

XYZ Company
Course originally was 3 week, Instructor-led
• Has been trimmed to 2 week, Instructor-led
• ABC company negotiated to teach it in 1 week, instructor-led by trimming the number of XYZ transactions performed.
• Performance by some ABC Company offices, has XYZ concerned about how prepared employees are when performing transactions.

Concerns:
Durations for elearning components not long enough – need to be spread out over more courses to cover content in more depth.
PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! Need another practice workshop
Questions:
how long we were going to give people to get through the entire curriculum?
They also had BIG concerns about people working on XYZ transactions without being properly trained – wanted a provision for making sure people didn’t work on system without having completed their training.
There should be a second practice workshop for transfers for newbies that is separate from remedial training on advanced transfers for experienced employees.
