MC: Good morning everyone! Welcome to the SPECIAL TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM GRADUATION CEREMONIES! My name is Marissa Ferma, the (position/designation) of (school/office) and I am delighted to be the Master of Ceremonies for this graduation rites.

MC: Lets begin with an invocation to be led by Sangguniang Bayan Member , Hon. Mayeth J. MC: Today we are much honored to have with us the Mayor of Alfonso, Cavite. He is a strong supporter of TESDA programs. To give us his welcome remarks, ladies and gentlemen let us all welcome the honourable Mayor Virgilio P. Varias.WELCOME MESSAGE MC: Thank you Mayor Varias for that inspiring message.Moving on to the presentation of our graduates, may we call on the OIC Training Administrator of Provincial Training Center (PTC) Rosario, Mr. Erwin E. Laberinto to present the graduates from the SPECIAL TRAINING FOR EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM (STEP).
