Mainly illustrating application of different resins to produce 3D effects

Nofelding LNFC 120 g/l, Nearfinish MLD 60 g/l, – applied by immersion, 2 minutes, cold.

Create 3D effects – cure in oven for 30 minutes at 110° C, 2 times. Create whiskers. Scraping

Nearzim 610 1 g/l desizeNeariserve DSW 2 g/l 5 minutes at 50° C

Stone wash with pumice stones and Neariserve DSW 45 minutes, cold

Rinse. 1 min cold

Hypochlorite bleach, 7 minutes at 40° C

Neutralise – hydrogen peroxide, 5 minutes cold.

Rinse. Dry at 80° C for 40 mins. Apply hypochlorite with paintbrush. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite

apply direct dyes – Black, orange, yellow, 50° C 8 minutes. Dry 40 mins at 80° C. Apply patch and press

apply stains manually with brown, black and yellow pigment mix. Press 1 minute at 150° C

Stone wash with pumice stones and Neariserve DSW 25 minutes, cold without net

Rinse. 1 min cold

Hypochlorite bleach, 7 minutes at 40° C

Neutralise – hydrogen peroxide, 5 minutes cold.

Rinse. Dry at 80° C for 40 mins. Spray with permanganate. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite

apply direct dyes – Brown, yellow, 50° C 8 minutes. Dry 40 mins at 80° C. Apply patch and press

apply stains manually with brown, black and yellow pigment mix. Press 1 minute at 150° C

Burn

Nofelding FRC 150 g/l – applied by immersion, 2 minutes, cold.

Create 3D effects – dry in oven for 30 minutes at 110° C, cure for 15 min at 145° C. Create whiskers. Scraping + tagging to fix wrinkles

Nearzim 610 1 g/l desizeNeariserve DSW 2 g/l 5 minutes at 50° C

Stone wash with pumice stones Nearstone N30 + Neariserve DSW 45 minutes, cold

Rinse. 1 min cold

Dry at 80° C for 40 mins. Apply hypochlorite with paintbrush. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite

apply direct dyes – Brown, yellow, 50° C 8 minutes. Dry 40 mins at 80° C. Apply patch and press

apply stains manually with white pigment.

Apply final 3D effects

Nofelding DP 759 Y08 75 g/l, Nearfinish MLD 75 g/l, – applied by immersion, 2 minutes, cold.

Create 3D effects – cure in oven for 30 minutes at 110° C, Create whiskers. Scraping + tagging + net

Stone wash with pumice stones and Neariserve DSW 20 minutes, cold with net

Stone wash with pumice stones and Neariserve DSW 25 minutes, cold without net

Rinse. 1 min cold

Dry at 80° C for 40 mins. Apply hypochlorite with paintbrush. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite

apply direct dyes – Black, orange, yellow, 50° C 8 minutes. Dry 40 mins at 80° C. Apply gel manually and press

Nofelding DP 759 Y08 75 g/l, Nearfinish MLD 75 g/l, – applied by immersion, 2 minutes, cold.

Create 3D effects – cure in oven for 30 minutes at 110° C, Create whiskers. Scraping + tagging

Enzyme wash with Nearstone N30 1 g/l and Neariserve DSW 0.5 g/l 35 minutes at 30° C

Rinse. 1 min cold

Hypochlorite bleach, 10 minutes at 40° C

Neutralise – hydrogen peroxide, 5 minutes cold.

Rinse. Dry at 80° C for 40 mins. Spray with permanganate. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite

apply direct dyes – Black, orange, yellow, brown, 50° C 8 minutes. Dry 40 mins at 80° C. Apply gel by hand

Nearfix FR-11 200 g/l – applied by immersion, 2 minutes, cold.

Create 3D effects – cure in oven for 30 minutes at 130° C, Create whiskers. Scraping.

Apply final 3D effects. Apply gel. Patch.

Stone wash with pumice stones Nearstone N30 100 g in 70 L Neariserve DSW 100 g in 70 L 40 minutes at 30° C

Rinse. 1 min cold

Hypochlorite bleach, 8 minutes at 40° C

Neutralise – hydrogen peroxide, 5 minutes cold.

Rinse. Dry at 80° C for 40 mins. Apply hypochlorite with paintbrush. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite

apply direct dyes – Black, orange, yellow, 50° C 8 minutes. Dry 40 mins at 80° C.

apply stains manually brown, black and yellow pigment mix. Apply white pigment dropwise. Final 3D. Burn

Greenfinish CD 100 g/lNofelding FRC 50 g/l – applied by immersion, 3 minutes, cold.

Create 3D effects – cure in oven for 30 minutes at 130° C, Create whiskers. Scraping + tagging with gun

Stone wash with pumice stones and Neariserve DSW 20 minutes, cold with tagging

Stone wash with pumice stones and Neariserve DSW 25 minutes, cold without tagging

Rinse. 1 min cold

Cationise with Nearfix S-2D 5 mins at 40° C. Drain

Dye with pigments 1 min at 40° C. Add acetic acid, Centrifuge. Cure in oven at 150° C for 30 mins.

Mystic wash with hypochlorite and waste rags. Neutralise with bisulphite, cold 5 mins. Dry at 80° C 40 mins

Apply hypochlorite with paintbrush. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite. Dry at 80° C for 40 mins

Press. Apply stains manually brown, black and yellow pigment mix.

Create 3D effects – dry in oven for 30 minutes at 100° C, cure for 15 min at 145° C. Create whiskers. Scraping + tagging

Stone wash with pumice stones Nearstone N30 100 g in 70 L Neariserve DSW 100 g in 70 L 45 minutes at 30° C

Rinse. 1 min cold. Dry 40 mins at 80° C.

Mystic wash with hypochlorite and waste rags. Neutralise with peroxide, cold 5 mins. Dry at 80° C 40 mins

Apply hypochlorite with paintbrush. Neutralise, 5 mins cold with bisulphite.

apply stains manually brown, black and yellow pigment mix. Press 1 min at 150°C.
