AFFIDAVIT

I, LOUISA LOPEZ, age 60, am of sound mind and do hereby make this Affidavit of my own free will. I hereby declare as follows:

1. I would like to enter the United States to visit Niagara Falls. 2. I will be staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 300 Third

Street Niagara Falls New York USA 14303.

3. I intend to visit for two weeks from April 4, 2010 to April 18, 2010.

4. During my stay in the United States, I will bear all financial responsibilities for my trip to the falls including roundtrip airfare, food, and hotel stay.

5. I plan on returning to India as my family is still here.

6. I have to return to take care of my elderly mother who is 90 years

old.

7. My mother is staying with me in India and I need to take care of her as she is fully dependent on me. My spouse and my children will take care of her in my absence.

8. I would like to visit as I simply need a vacation as I am constantly
