When you select a builder, consider this...

Fixed Price vs. Cost Plus Contracts – We are a fixed price custom home builder.

Once we sign an agreement, the price is set unless our customer requests changes

during construction. We do not write “cost plus” open ended contracts where the

final numbers are not known until up to 60 days after completion.

Energy Efficiency – As an Energy Star Builder, we build to a national

EPA energy standard and install Energy Star Certified products. Every home is

inspected and tested before it receives the Energy Star Certification.

Green Building – Our group helps customers understand available Green

Building techniques and decide which to incorporate into their design. Our team

includes Certified Green Professionals, designated by The National Association

of Homebuilders

Buying Power – The heart of our production system is a pur- chasing

manager. In addition to negotiating and buying all of the materials for our homes,

he becomes the personal research assistant for our clients. This is a secret to our

fixed price philosophy. Once we lock in a price with a vendor, they honor it.

One Stop Shopping - We are a full service company capable of assisting in

financing, plan development, engineering, interior design, landscaping, home

automation, swimming pools, septic systems, rain water collection systems, wells

and many other details that surround the homebuilding process.

Well Organized – Over 60% of our customers live in another city while

their new home is being built. The communication skills of our entire team are

well above what our buyers expect. We will also meet you in your home city for an

initial consultation, in addi- tion to future plan meetings if necessary.
