CONTINUOUS TRAINING

Continuous training is a type of physical training that involves activity without rest intervals It is divided into three parts 1 slow continuous running, 2 fast continuous training, 3 variable pace.

1. Intensity will be low and heart beat 60%-80%.

2. Intensity will be high and heart beat 85%-95%- of a duration will be up to 15-20minutes.

3. It is the combination of both the runnings. This type of training may be of high intensity, or moderate intensity with an extended duration, or fartlek training.
