Samir Tech-Chem Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2000 certified SME unit, manufacturing & marketing
laboratory and fine chemicals. A Product specification manual for chemicals is available on
request to our actual users.
Policy like ''Quality, timely supply” & literatures under “safety with awareness”
programme has made company: a difference.
Confidence in quality is to be earned. What scientists need the high quality chemicals and the
more accurate information? With above concept Samir Tech-Chem Pvt. Ltd. has developed
“safety data” lable, enclose for your reference. "Certificate of analysis & MSDS available on
request along with supply."
Purity, the term is relative to the state of the art technology. The expectation for purity and
consistency is high and tolerance for concentration is low. Today, highly sophisticated instruments
are the need & the utmost purity is possible, only commitment makes it happens.

Flash point…..
An easy to understand hazard classification appears on ''safety data” lable system, allows
you to quickly assess the hazard a substances present to your health & safety.
HFR system communicates Hazard information through the use of colour, numbers, letters
of alphabets and symbols. In this system Health (Blue), Flammability (Red) and Reactivity
(Yellow) are coded with colours and numbers. Now for better understanding personal
protective equipments shown by picture.
Gujarat Factories Rules: Refer schedule -5 (See Rules 68J 2(2) & 2(3) for Safety Data
Sheet, column 5 “Health Hazard data” NFPA ratings (similar to HFR) is made compulsory to
display. STC is step ahead and displayed HFR on lable as well as MSDS.
Preparing & understanding MSDS …. For University students.
Solvent Property ….. For Scientist easy reference & to protect damage to environment.
Chemical Safety Card…..short form of MSDS for quick reference before use of chemicals.
(1) Introduced following data on lable in 1990.
(2) Introduced HFR system on lable in 1996 along with colour coded hazard
symbols.
(3) Introduced colour coded storage advice on lable since 2005, details available
on request.
