Objective

• To obtain an administrative position in which my creativity, enthusiasm and strong management skills will be utilized to enhance the educational program set forth by Henry County Public Schools.

• To increase student’s academic and personal success through motivational and instructional strategies.

Vision Statement• I believe that education is a life-long process. We must

provide students with positive opportunities for continued growth, to prepare them to be functional, academically and morally in our ever-changing society. We must provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to express their own opinions and ask questions that provoke more learning, allowing them to learn from one another and gain an appreciation for the diversity within individuals. Diversity needs to be viewed as a strength within every child. In doing so, we can furnish them with strategies that meet their individual needs as learners, to gain knowledge to the best of their abilities regardless of race, gender, culture or socio-economic status.

Vision Statement, cont.• We must strive to build confidence in our youth

and aid them in facing their academic challenges, allowing them to reach their highest potential. As educators, we must be prepared to face these challenges and maximize student performance in any given situation. It should be our goal to instill a love of learning within every student and provide a desire for constant knowledge to build a strong foundation for the future.

lessons/activities.
