We developed all online fulfillment center warehouse operations and processes from scratch utilizing continuous improvement methodologies.

At our peak I had 3 employees, and we were generating approximately $12,000 in revenue a month.

Physical processes, IT systems, and training were developed & integrated in tandem with each other to maximize profitability.

Afghanistan: At the Jalalabad Regional Afghan Police Training Center I commanded a team of Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Jordanians, Nepalese security contractors, & State Department Police contractors. I was also responsible for 8 smaller training locations my subordinate lieutenants were located at. I spent a lot of my time traveling to these locations as well.We provided mentoring to the Afghan training staff. I also served as a contract officer liaison between off site engineers and Afghan Construction workers to ensure projects were being completed in accordance with the statement of work.
