Key Responsibilities: Content Server installation, patching, upgrading and administration; Working close to business
and BA for function analysis; Reports, workflows and integration development; Content and metadata migration; User
groups and folder structure administration; Providing ECM integration solutions for business applications and process.
Designed and developed a custom OpenText workflow development framework resulting in the reduction in
workflow delivery times from 2 months to 2 weeks. In addition, new change and maintenance became easier
than ever. Framework has been successfully used to deliver numerous workflow solutions for Legal, HR, IS,
Supply Chain, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing and Engineering departments.

Developed custom integration services to enable seamless document exchange between Microsoft Dynamics
AX and PeopleSoft utilizing OpenText Content Server as a central document repository.
Delivered a corporate document control solution for managing key documentation such as policies,
procedures, and forms. Key components include a custom UI portal to search and retrieve documents, and a
workflow for managing document review, approval, update, and archiving. Workflow was developed on the
framework that I developed.
Cleaned up user groups and folder structure. Helped Finance & Accounting, HR and Legal departments create
organized folder structure and permission groups, move documents and classify contents.
Successfully executed an upgrade of Livelink 9.7.1 to Content Server 10. Key tasks include Windows and IIS
configuration, installation of OpenText software (core, modules, and patches), database verification, content
migration (documents, metadata, indexing), and preservation of external integrations (web services, Kofax).
Installed SharePoint, team sites, Nintex workflow app and Excel service to demonstrate potential workflow
and BI functions of SharePoint to VP and IS Manager.
