How To Fill/Refill• Turn the stainless steel top of the grinder counterclockwise while holding the glass base

with your other hand. Unscrew all the way until the top comes off. • Once the top is removed, use the complimentary silicone funnel on the fill the glass base

with salt, pepper, or the spices/seasoning of your choice. Feel free to experiment. We use one of our grinders to grind Oreo’s over our ice-cream!

• Screw the stainless steel top on by putting the top on the glass base and screwing clockwise.

Use Instructions-• Pick up grinder and flip it upside down so that the bottom of the glass base is facing up.

Grab the glass base with one hand and with your other hand grab the top portion. Turn the bottom clockwise while holding the grinder over your food. Be careful not to get moisture in contact with the grinder while your spices are in it or it will cause it to cake up and jam.

• To adjust coarseness of your salt and pepper grind turn the small black dial on the top of the grinder. Turn counterclockwise for a more course grind, and clockwise for a finer grind.

Cleaning Instructions-• Unscrew the dial, remove the small white/clear rubber gasket, remove the ceramic grinding mechanism, remove the spring and

wipe with a dry cloth or clean with a dry brush. Do not wet the mechanism or it will take 6 hours to dry before you can use it again.

• After cleaning is done simply put spring, ceramic grinding mechanism, and dial back in place. Remember to fit the square piece of the ceramic grinding mechanism with the square piece of the metal screw. Also remember to put the plastic washer in between the dial and the ceramic grinding mechanism.

• Dot not put in the dishwasher• Do not fill with spices while it is still wet.

****We recommend taking apart and cleaning the grinder twice per year********Make sure the grinder is 100% dry before filling it****
