• Cutout dresses are a new trend I have been seeing in all the high end dresses, either in the top area, or back of the dress, it would be cost effective for Target because it uses less fabric.

• Hi-low skirts, dresses, & shirts are definitely a hot item this season; it is like a mix of maxi & mini, how perfect! It would work out nicely into Target’s collection. It will cut the use of fabric, instead of a full maxi dress, make a hi-low dress!

• The bead, jewel & stud embellishments are a must. It should even out the price with what is being saved with fabric use. It is definitely a must!

• Back details, such as openings, zippers, and buttons are a cute addition to any basic item such as a little black dress or a crop top.
