Pinot Gris, Bulgaria

We just love the gentle aromas of peach blossom on this elegantly moreish

Pinot Gris. It’s just o<-dry, with a charming, easy fruit character. Very versatile,

it works perfectly with eastern salads, but is also at home with whitebait, squid

and light noodle dishes.

Unoaked Chardonnay, Bulgaria

With just a hint of citrus and a creamy texture, this unoaked Chardonnay has a

gentle ripeness of fruit, with a nice taut #nish. How about pairing this with

grilled sardines, spinach tortilla or feta salad?

Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, Bulgaria

The long sunny days of Bulgaria’s summer ripen the grapes perfectly for this
