Corpus Christi Procession

As you can see from the photos, it was a great procession again, a great witness to the True Presence of Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist. Even with it being Father’s Day and kind of “iffy” weather we had a pretty good turnout. Thanks to everyone who came out for the procession and a special thanks to Fr. Alfred and Donna Pollander who helped to put the procession together.

God bless, Father Joseph Byerley

St. Vincent de Paul Corner These recent hot and humid days caused quite a few of us to turn on our air condi-tioners. As we do so, there is an oppor-tunity for us to think about the many peo-

ple who don’t have the benefit of using their air conditioning as often as we do. Quite a few families may have a hard time keeping up with their energy bills so they need to re-strict their use of electricity rather than risk a power shutoff. As we enjoy our days of summer, taking advantage of all the air conditioning that is available to us, let’s keep in mind the many individuals/families that have tough choices to consid-er to meet their needs. Please remember those who genu-inely need our help as you continue to support our St. Vin-cent de Paul Conference. Your faithful generosity is deeply appreciated!

MILITARY SERVICE Please pray for those defending our country

We have found that there were many folks on our prayer list

that had either recovered or had passed away without us being notified. Continuing prayer for those we love is very important to all involved. So that we may provide a current

and meaningful prayer list ,we have started our list from scratch. All the names that were on the list were deleted

unless a family member called or emailed the rectory office with their loved one’s name to keep him or her on the list.

If you have a family member that you would like continued on the prayer list or added new, please call or email the rectory.
