Resourcing Process
Identify and clarify client requirements by the account manager.
Assigning the requirements to the resourcing team.
Finding a right profile for the requirement based on suitability and
availability for the requirement thru our 2 stages of screening
process (Communication screening and technical screening)
Submitting the candidates to the client with a screened rating sheet.
Following up with the Clients point of contact about the feedback
Scheduling the candidate for an interview (telephonic/personal).
Updating clients point of contact on the interview and closing the
requirements as per feedback.
Prepare the candidate to start on the project.

Account Management
At Sage Group, customer relationships are formed based on strong

Manager for managing and strengthening our relationship. Sage Group’s
Account Manager will have the prime responsibility to resolve management
related issues and this includes:
