Outcome• Assignment of a Data Protection Office role to contacts in the master

record

• New log provides all the companies in the group and their GDPR data

protection officers

• Function to analyze documents/reports with personal data and find for

each master record the date of the first and last document referencing

• More packaged feature extracts in a temporary table all the emails and

phone numbers found in the database, based on the related data type

• Creation of a list of all fields in the product that store personal data and

create a log file in CSV format.

BenefitOn the occasion of the modernization of the rules on origin of the

Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) scheme, the procedures

for issuing proof of origin have been evolved.

In order to be able to issue these certificates of origin, operators will,

in certain cases, necessarily have to obtain the status of registered

exporter (EE) and an identification number known as "REX" number

(for "Registered Exporter System").

OutcomeTo help users to manage this kind of declaration, the REX number can

be entered on the site or company record and is printed on the

invoices or deliveries reports if the company issuing the document is

in the European Union and the delivered customer country is in the

Generalized System of Preferences. And conversely.

This improvement is submitted to the REX activity code.
