Our scaffolding division started when we have received an offer from our Dutch partner to participate in 2 scaffolding projects at RWE and NUON plants, in 2010.
This has allowed us to grow in the market for scaffolding training, development and project management.

In 2010, the International Training Center (ITC) was accredited for compliance with the legal and technical requirements for training scaffolders according to applicable laws.
The major part of the training programme consistsof practical sessions. The aim of the training is toteach scaffolders to safely and efficiently erect,disassemble and inspect different modules ofscaffolding structures.
The training is completed with a qualificationexamination, after which the trainee is awardedwith a qualification certificate.
THE TRAINING PROGRAMMES ARE DEVELOPED BY THE TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS OF THE ITC, REFERRING TO THE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF THE LARGEST COMPANIESENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION OF SCAFFOLDS AND THE TRAINING SYSTEMS OF DIFFERENT EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.

Scaffold erection and disassembly work is assigned to the dangerous work category, so scaffolders must know how to erect and disassemble scaffolding and safely work at heights.
The principal goal of the training is to improve the specialists’ theoretical knowledge base and consolidate it with practical sessions by simulating different situa-tions at the specialized sites of the training center.
During the practical sessions, Layher scaffolding systems are used:
• Facade (SpeedyScaf); • Modular (Allround).

Our teams are flexible, mobile and can adapt to the requirements of the Customer. For this purpose we can organize the needed skill training at our training center in Klaipeda, Lithuania.We can integrate the needed modules into the training program to make sure all Customers’ requirements are met.
