At The National, our ownership, 250 employees, supportive and loyal guests, and community are the heart of

our organization. Every effort to support your health and safety remains top of mind to responsibly conduct

business with COVID-19 in the world. Our Safe & Ready Plan outlines the basic protocols adopted through-

out The National, as well as specific directions by key departments that will take place in an effort to keep

The National’s guests, staff and all visitors to The National in a safe, hospitable environment.

Our senior leadership team has meticulously reviewed every facet and area of our operations to implement

enhanced safeguards, some clearly noticeable while others invisible to our guests. Further, in the

development of the plan, multiple external resources were referenced, including but not limited to; World

Health Organization, Virginia Department of Health, Loudoun County Health Board, American Hotel Associa-

tion, International Association of Conference Centers, Centers for Disease Control, National Retail Federation

and the National Restaurant Association. We will continue to update our Safe & Ready Plan as public health

issues develop and we promise to continue to learn and adjust on the best path forward.

We are here and when you are ready, excited to welcome you back to The National.

Sincerely,

Geoff Lawson

Vice President & General Manager
