Applying Lean-Agile Prac�ces in the Public Sector with the Scaled Agile Framework®. Transi�oning to Lean-Agile prac�ces for building technology-based capabili�es is especially challenging in the government context. But issues of legacy governance, contrac�ng, and organiza�onal barriers can be overcome with the right informa�on and strategies. During this two-day course, a�endees will learn the principles and prac�ces of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transforma�on of a program inside a government agency.

A�endees will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mind-set and why it's an essen�al founda�on for transforma�on. They'll also get prac�cal advice on building high performing, mul�-vendor Agile teams and programs, managing technology investments in Lean flow, acquiring solu�ons with Agile contrac�ng, launching the program, and planning and delivering value using SAFe.
