PRESIDENT: NINNA CIELO A. CRUZ-A grade 6-Cooperative student. She is running for honors. She loves to readeducational books. She has a great authority when it comes to leadership; Very responsible leader; She wants to be an office worker someday.

VICE PRESIDENT: HANNA MAE T. DE LARA-A grade 6-Patriotic student. They callher as “Trivial but Terrible”. She is always positive in every state of affairs. She desires to be a psychologist in the future.

SECRETARY: JEWEL ANNE KATHRINA R. TACULOG-A grade 6-Patriotic student running for honors. She is silent type of person. She certainly loves writing. In the near future, she wants to be a doctor.

TREASURER: VERLIN JOY T. GUIRITAN-A grade 6-Cooperative student who is also running for honors. She loves reading books and writing. She is very vigilant in everything she does and dependable. She wants to be a teacher someday.

AUDITOR: JOHN ZYRUS MAUHAY-A grade 5-Resilient student who is good at mathematics. He is very confident in all what he says. He is a critical thinker and thinks positively. He loves to play with the music using Virtual DJ. He desires to be a Great DJ someday.

P.R.O.: JOHN GABRIEL R. RAFAEL-A grade 5-Resilient student who is virtuousat English. He speaks well and fluent in English. He loves to sing ballad songs. He wishes to be a General Manager.

SGT. AT ARMS: ALTHEA MARIE GACILAN-A grade 4-Persevering student who has an enchanting voice. She is good in leading her group especially in theclassroom. She wants to be a veterinarian.

CRISTIA MAE M. DOLORES-A grade 4-Persevering student running for honors who loves to sing also like Althea.She wants to be a billionaire.

ANGELA DANE B. RAMOS-A grade 4-Persevering student running for honors who loves to surf net just to get new information under the sun. She desires to be Lawyer someday.

MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

PROGRAMS:

AUGUST:

ELECTION OF 2011-2012 MUNTING BARANGAY OFFICERS

-The election of the Munting Barangay officers for the school year 2011-2012

started. There are two parties of candidates for the Munting Barangay officers.

One is from the Am classes’ grades 4-6 and the other is from the Pm classes’

grades 4-6.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NEWLY ELECTED MB OFFICERS

-The results of the election were announced by our adviser, Mr. Mario d.

Caguioa Jr. After he announced the newly elected officers, we started to do our

pledge. We also thanked our schoolmates for voting us in the election. In that

very moment, we started to plan for our school’s benefits and betterment.

SEPTEMBER:

START OF “OPLAN DISIPLINA” PROJECT

-This is the first project in our school. This is being implemented during the

Flag Ceremony. The pupils must stand straight, fall in line and sing the

National Anthem and the St. Anne Hymn correctly. They must also recite the

PanatangMakabayan properly.

OCTOBER

TEACHERS’ DAY PROGRAM

-This activity was made by the joined force, Red Cross and Munting Barangay

officers tribute to the teachers. We made the program special for the teachers.

We have lots of surprises; A video presentation, Teachers’ Imitation, Giving of

Cards and Flowers and most of all the “Free Massage” to them.The teachers

were very surprised with the massage from their students.For the AM

program, the Emcees wereNinnaCielo Cruz and Philip Mclean Soberano while

in the PM program, the Emcees were Celine Castillo and Ceasar Julius Cruz.

The program’s flow went smoothly.

START OF “CHECKING ROOMS “ PROJECT

-This project was implemented and effective in this month. The officers will

check the cleanliness for each room. This will also serve as competition to

each classroom. They will be tested if they are really responsible cleaning

their room every day. The Munting Barangay Adviser will release the cleanest

room and lot at the end of the month. For the AM officers, they will check the

rooms of the PM classes while the PM officers are the one checking the rooms

of the AM classes.

START OF THE SEARCH FOR LITTLE MR. AND MS.NATURE 2011

-The newest and most awaiting project of Munting Barangay was fully

launched last October: “Search for the Little Mr. and Ms. Nature”. In our United

Nation Program, they started to showcase their talents and abilities. They

performed their different kinds of dance based on what country they are

representing. They also picked some of their classmates to be their back-up

dancers. We had a great opening and successful program.

NOVEMBER

START OF COLLECTING PLASTIC BOTTLES, PAPERS AND OTHERS

-In connection to THE SEARCH FOR LITTLE MR. AND MS. NATURE 2011, this

project aims to apply the 3R’s (REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE). Each candidate in

the search will bring their own junk materials which will be sold in the junk

shop. Again, this is also a competition activity. The more junk materials you

bring, the more the points of your candidates earned. Plastic Bottles, Papers,

and other materials that can be sold in the Junk shop are being collected from

the candidates. Their classmates will be the one to support them.

TREE PLANTING OF THE MR AND MS NATURE CANDIDATES

-Every candidate went to the land of our beloved principal, Mrs. Leticia

Bautista. They planted trees there together with their partners. Everybody

planted trees because it is needed to every candidate.

Kuya Owel and Teacher Mario, our adviser was busy helping the junk collectors. We enjoyed it much.

DECEMBER

MR. AND MS. NATURE CORONATION NIGHT

-This month was the last month of the Mr and Ms Nature Pageant. It is the

finals of the Pageant. On the Pageant, different kinds of clothes made of

recycled materials are shown by the candidates. Different awards are given to

the awardees.

-In this program, we collected foods, clothes, and toys from our schoolmates

which are given to the people in Amityville and in Wawa. The outreach

Program was held last 21st day of December, 2011.The Red Cross and Munting

Barangay officers together with their adviser are the one who gave the

donations of the people.

FEBRUARY

VALENTINES PROGRAM

-The program was made by the Red Cross officers while the Munting Barangay

officers made booths. The booths they made are the Store Booth, Message

Booth, Music Booth, Jail Booth, and the Marriage Booth. Every officer have

their assigned tasks.

Here are the following booths:

1. Music booth

2. Store booth

3. Message booth

4. Jail booth

5. Marriage booth

All our booths were enjoyed by the students particularly the message booth. They

kept on giving their message to their crushes; to the person they want to say “thank you”,

and of course, to their teachers.

We also had a great time in our store booth. The students appreciated our Shakes,

cookies and cakes. We earned much with this booth.

Before the Coronation Night, We had our collection of waste materials. We had our

1st casting up to 3rd and Final Casting. With that, we raised more than we expected.

1st Casting- 4,100php

2nd Casting- 7, 800php

3rd Casting- 7, 700php

19,600.00php

The money mentioned was remitted to Mrs. Sarah K. Bautista. They were the one

who managed it in the Search for Mr. and Ms. Nature.

Another fund raising last Februaryis what we called “Booths”. We had our Store

booth, music booth, message booth, jail booth and marriage booth. With these booths, we

gathered the amount of 1, 900 php.

Cookies- 480php

Shakes- 440php

-1,960php

Remaining Amt. = 1,040php

The remaining amount is still at hand of our Treasurer of Munting Barangay, Ms.

Verlin Joy T. Guiritan.
